 We provide our software customers with one full year of quality software support free. This includes software updates for the duration of the support period. In a timely manner, knowledgeable technicians will answer any questions on how to use our products or how to resolve any issues that may occur with the operation of our software. After the first year, continued quality support can be purchased at a reasonable rate. On-site support will be arranged on an hourly rate basis plus travel expenses. The rate will be determined and agreed upon prior to the time it is to be provided.
