We provide our service customers with free continuous technical phone support for the term of the agreement. This includes questions on how to use our products, technical issues that may occur with our software or service and software updates and upgrades. This free support continues for the duration of the respective service or subscription agreement. Our technicians will be available by phone, or for reasonable rates, will travel on-site to the customers location. On-site support will be arranged on an hourly rate basis plus travel expenses. The rate will be determined and agreed upon prior to the time it is to be provided.
