Custom letters (Available Now)  Custom Letters enables CCC administrators and testers to create their own custom retest notice letters or any other kind of letter as needed via a link with Microsoft Word. Once created, they can be used over and over again or modified as needed. Administrators and testers can use the Mail Merge facilities of Microsoft Word to generate mailing list to communicate with their customers.
