Strawberry Technology, Inc.
was first established in 1982 as Intech Communications, a publisher of network
management software. We later began to focusing on tracking systems that
incorporate communications functions within the database solution. We also
concentrated our efforts on refining our tracking and communications software in
the area of mandated reporting. Strawberry Technology was incorporated
specifically as a Cross Connection and Control (CCC) solutions provider. We use
our more than 20 years of database tracking and communication expertise to
improve CCC data solutions.
Safewater, Inc. was established in
1995 as a publisher of CCC desktop solutions for utility districts and backflow
testers. The Safewater product was born out of the need for a comprehensive but
easy to use database tracking solution, and was first battle-tested in one of
the largest backflow testing companies in the state of Texas. Over the
intervening years, Safewater, Inc. also established itself as leader in
providing database solutions for utility districts and it built a loyal customer
base. Strawberry Technology became the data support arm of the Safewater
product.
Strawberry Technology
learned much from its support of the Safewater product. Eventually,
Strawberry Technology built a completely new CCC data management product in
an effort to leverage our experience in data management and data communications
to bring a more complete technology solution to the CCC market place.
Strawberry Technology now offers a full line of CCC solutions and Internet
technology options.
We are committed to providing the best
CCC solutions that take advantage of the latest cost-reducing technologies. Our
products are designed to increase productivity while reducing operational costs.
